An extremely compact rotary oven that is able to ensure the best baking of all types of bread and bakery products.
Elicott is the result of experience gained over many years in the industry, applying the most advanced technologies in the baking industry for convection ovens. Baking is ensured by circulating hot air in the oven, which evenly covers the product.
A steam generator can provide all the necessary steam for the product.
This oven can also be electric.
The UNI version can be switched from one medium to another in one hour, because it is made to be universal.
